Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of Comestare's platform, products, and services. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This is a plain-language summary of our policy. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@comestare.com or on WhatsApp at +962 78 202 6022.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Comestare (“Comestare”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The services we provide
Comestare is an AI-powered marketing platform. Our Services include:
- Marketing Universe Generator — turns an idea, URL, or screenshot into a marketing strategy and phased roadmap.
- Ad Autopilot — generates and, where you authorize it, publishes Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertisements and Lead Ads on your own connected Meta account.
- Venture Lab — suggests business ideas (free) and, on a paid basis, generates a launch bundle (brief, MVP plan, business plan, business model canvas, and pitch deck).
- Done-for-you services — a professional team executes marketing and launch projects on your behalf under a separate statement of work.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some Services depend on third-party platforms that are outside our control.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@comestare.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you and your business.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful;
- generate or run advertising for content that is prohibited by applicable law or by the policies of the platforms on which it is published;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying systems;
- upload malware, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or misuse other people’s personal data; or
- resell or misrepresent the Services, or use them to build a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that, in our reasonable judgment, violates these Terms or creates risk or liability.
5. AI-generated content — important disclaimer
A core part of the Services produces content using artificial intelligence, including marketing plans and roadmaps, ad copy and creative, business plans, pitch decks, business model canvases, and idea suggestions (collectively, “AI Output”). You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI Output is generated automatically and provided “as is” for your consideration. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation.
- We make no guarantee of any business result — including revenue, sales, leads, growth, funding, or campaign performance. Examples or projections are illustrative only.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and deciding whether and how to use AI Output, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate before relying on or publishing it.
- AI Output is not professional advice (legal, financial, tax, medical, or otherwise). Seek qualified advisors where appropriate.
6. Third-party platforms (Meta and others)
Ad Autopilot and related features connect to third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through their official interfaces. By using these features:
- You must comply with the applicable third-party terms and advertising policies, including Meta’s Advertising Standards, Commerce Policies, and Platform Terms. You are responsible for the ads, targeting, and Lead Ad forms published through your account.
- Comestare is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or any other platform. Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners.
- Ad review, approval, delivery, reach, and results are controlled by the platform, not by Comestare, and are not guaranteed. A platform may reject, pause, or remove ads, or restrict accounts, at its discretion.
- Your use of a third-party platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
Your content. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit (such as URLs, descriptions, screenshots, and business ideas). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use those inputs solely to operate and improve the Services and to generate your requested outputs.
Generated outputs. Subject to your payment of any applicable fees and to these Terms, you own the AI Output generated for you (for example, the paid launch bundle and the ad creative you generate). Because AI Output is produced algorithmically, we cannot warrant that it is unique or that similar output will not be generated for others.
Our platform. Comestare retains all rights in the platform itself — including the software, models and prompts we operate, designs, templates, brand, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.
8. Payments, wallet, and pricing
Some Services are paid. Billing may take several forms:
- a prepaid in-app wallet holding a balance in US dollars (USD), from which charges are deducted as you use paid features;
- per-bundle charges for individual generations (for example, a $19 launch kit), deducted when the item is generated;
- subscription tiers billed on a recurring basis; and
- advertising campaigns, which may be billed partly as a percentage of ad spend in addition to the spend you pay to the platform.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for amounts due. Prices and fees may change; changes apply to future purchases and renewals. Charges are typically in USD; your bank or card issuer may apply conversion fees. Details of refunds are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all AI Output are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected, or that any result will be achieved.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comestare and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Services or any AI Output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to Comestare in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD 50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comestare and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your inputs, your use of AI Output, the ads and campaigns you publish, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your breach of any third-party platform’s terms or policies.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive. Unused prepaid wallet balances are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services, are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction — to be set by Comestare], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
