Refund Policy
This policy explains when purchases on Comestare are refundable and how to request a refund. It covers AI generations, subscriptions, wallet balance, ad spend, and done-for-you work.

1. Free idea suggestions
Venture Lab’s business-idea suggestions are free and cost nothing, so no refund is needed or applies to them.
2. Digital launch bundles and AI generations
Paid launch bundles and other AI generations (for example, business plans, pitch decks, business model canvases, MVP plans, and generated ad creative) are digital goods delivered instantly when you generate them. Because the value is delivered the moment the content is produced, these purchases are generally non-refundable once generated.
As a goodwill measure, we will review good-faith requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the charge where the output failed to generate or was materially defective (for example, a technical error left you with no usable result). Dissatisfaction with the substance of correctly generated AI Output is not, by itself, grounds for a refund, given the nature of AI-generated content described in our Terms.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Fees already paid for the current or past periods are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a paid period.
4. Wallet top-ups
Your wallet holds a prepaid USD balance. Unused prepaid balance may be refundable on request, subject to our review and less any payment-processing fees. Funds that have already been spent on delivered services (such as a generated bundle or a completed charge) are non-refundable. To request a balance refund, contact us using the details below.
5. Advertising spend
Money spent on advertising is paid to the advertising platform (for example, Meta), not retained by Comestare. Ad spend is non-refundable by Comestare because it is charged and controlled by the platform. Any refund of ad spend would be governed by that platform’s own policies. This is separate from any Comestare service fee or percentage-of-spend charge, which follows the relevant section of this policy.
6. Done-for-you services
Refunds for done-for-you projects are governed by the specific statement of work (SOW) agreed for that engagement. Milestone payments for work that has already been completed or delivered are non-refundable. Where a project is cancelled before a milestone is delivered, any refund of amounts allocated to undelivered work will be handled as set out in the SOW.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email hello@comestare.com with:
- the email address associated with your account;
- the order, transaction, or invoice details (item, amount, and date); and
- a brief explanation of your request.
You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +962 78 202 6022. We aim to review eligible requests promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or as wallet credit, at our discretion and where practical.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where mandatory local law grants you a right to a refund or remedy, that law prevails over the general statements above.
